A: We place joints in the pavement and floor to allow the concrete to crack in a neat, straight line at the joint when the volume of the concrete due to shrinkage.
Q: How often do I need to reseal my cement?
A: Depending on how you want it to look a patio approx. every 2 years, driveway every year?
Q: Is stamped concrete slippery when wet?
A: Yes. I will put a product called shark grip in the sealer to give the surface some resistance to slip.
Q: How long before I can drive/walk on new cement?
A: You can walk on new cement approx. next day, 7 days before driving on it. Concrete actually takes 28 days to cure completely.
